Follow Your Heart

It’s the time to make the choice.
To follow my brain, or chase my heart.
I could choose the Ivy path, walk with honors,
Wear medals, cords, a regretful grin.
Or I could choose the latter,
Follow the path of my blood, my veins,
Keep the beat in my heart and follow love.
The end results the same degree.
With room for creativity,
I need to go where I feel me.
