Favorite Quote:
A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness.
Robert Frost

Slowly falling, feet are stalling
Circling slower than meeting light beams
Changing eye streams ravines are flooding now
Drops elongate stretching sinews let its color unwind

Circling slower than meeting light beams
Dripping hardly never stopping insistent insomnia
Drops elongate stretching sinews let its color unwind
Glisten softly turn you head up high

Dripping hardly never stopping incessant insomnia
Hold on to all you hopes now please don’t let go
Listen softly turn you head up to the sky
Piece by piece and drop by drop it’s falling now

Hold on to all you hopes now please don’t let go
Let this pure unfailing cleansing mercy tears
Piece by piece and drop by drop it’s falling now
Let it help you please open up your heart

Let this pure unfailing cleansing mercy tears
Slowly falling, feet are stalling
Let it help you please open up your eyes
Changing eye streams ravines are flooding higher

Slowly falling, feet are stalling, notice the sky

This is a powerful poem mainly due to the repetition employed by the poet. Plus, the descriptive imagery makes it more and more intriguing.
