Single Wing's Desire MAG
I sat contentedly,
For a while.
Until a wave came
Broke us apart
We crashed,
cracked,
You disappeared.
Scorched by the sun,
I turned milk white with heartache.
I was no longer in the lapis lazuli sea.
Ridges
grew
across
my
back.
Sharper and less where you were missing.
It feels like deliberate concrete;
Running in frequencies across the wide
expanse of skin.
In that same sun I lie alone,
Reaching bone thin.
Now feel holy
Fly into a bucket
Soar as a single seraphim's wing.
Drown as a weakling
In air.
I was once from the sea.

I enjoyed this very much so despite your negative remarks, you silly-nilly! In fact I'm faving it, if I can figure out how..
Especially the last line and how it ties it all together. Plus the vocabulary is real purty :] Ahaha. The only thing I would watch out for is the rhythym in some parts; try reading it aloud and see how it sounds, mix the syllables up!
