Running
Deep breathing
 beads of sweat
the sun beating down upon my face
breathing is getting harder and harder
but it will be worth it to feel that burn
swift feet movements weaving in and out of other people
my legs grow weary of the laps ahead
the coach jogs near and gives a few pep words
i am still very sore and in pain from yesterday
 i must push myself
 i will get this overwith
i hear its suppose to get better in a week
i wish it were a shorter time
and i wish the track were a shorter distance
but none of those wishes will come true
thus life, but until then i shall keep pushing myself
 to my limits, i will
