euphoric slumbers steal my mind,
when I am graced by thoughts so kind;
not of love or material gain,
but of standing dry, though bound in rain-
of feeling strength, without the pain.

with forty winks, my heart is blind
to real worries left behind

but waking thoughts of life redeem -
