Grass-Blades And Shooting Stars
do you know the feeling,
when you scream at the nitrogen,
because oxygen isn't important anymore,
and the grass-blades are curtsying
in their mauve lace skirts at someone you can't see,
and your neck is 3.64 feet tall?
and shooting stars are only diamonds
that the clouds drop for us,
but we can never catch them
because we can't wish with our eyes closed.
