I love you
My heart longs for you,
Even when you are six-feet under,
I have seen your grave and whisper,
  These gentle words,
 I cry over your looks,
 Knowing I won't see them,
 I prey for your return,
I overcome nothing when I think of you,
 My grief last over time,
 No new love can enter,
I will never forget your touch,
 Nor your smile,
I will never forget you at all,
I will just say these words repeatedly,
Until I am at peace with you at last.
