Cascading down in rivulets,
Feelings change the course
Of every day.
Can you explain why
Someone feels what they do not know?
Think about a spiral.
The way its going
One direction on the way up.
And another going down.
If its not your spiral and
Its not presented,
In the exactly perfect way.
Then you can see it
Any way you want,
Even if your wrong.
Believing in something doesn’t
Make it real.
But we tend to look,
In the wrong direction for answers.
For who can tell us
If there is really beauty in
The eyes of the beholder?
Only one element exists for that.
Time stops for no one,
Not even in that moment
Of perfect pleasure.
Only through love
Does time take on a different meaning.
It doesn’t stop it, no,
Or even slow it,
It just blinds us to its passing.
So remember when
Your ignorant to time,
Perhaps you should seek the curtain,
And pull it clear of view.
Its only through awakening
Up from ignorance
That we find it.
Love.
And once its found,
We become ignorant once more.
