Wondering if people can see the scared little girl inside
I wonder if people can see the dark tears i try to hide
I hear them whisper and see them point
I feel like the slowly fading smoke off of a withering joint
I look into their judging eyes and focus on what they see
I look into their judging eyes and see that their glare is focused on me
Inside i feel numb and insecure
Inside it seems like this feeling is becoming less rare
I always find someway to put on a happy face
But my act is starting to fade like see through lace
