why is she so far
when i look up
she a twinkle
in my eye
like a diamond heart
I wish she were here
in my arms
you make me smile
as long as the nile
she keep me on file
with her smile
she a gleam in my eye
on the horizon of
the world
I give her my heart
I give her the world
she all mine cause
your a gleam in
my eye
