The Teacher's Pets
Five in the frount of the classroom

We real smart. We have perfect attendance. We

Prowel the boundries. We
Learn to behave. We

Listen to Lectures. We
Take oppertunities. We

Overachieve on tests. We
Drive our lives.

My inspiration for this poem came from the published poem, We Real Cool by Gwendolyn Brooks. I used this this poem to mimick my very own poem with a different subject.

Extremly good.  The only thing was We real cool sounds ironic cause of its poor grammer but We Real Smart leads you to believe your talking about the opposite.  Also, mispelling front does the same thing.
