The Blue Rose is a
coniving trick.
Plotting and confusing
me.
Though competing with
My Exotic Daisy,
I still can't let him go.
After seven years,
he hasn't lost a single petal.

The Blue Rose
captivates me.
When I'm angry,
or feeling sad,
I see his beauty and forget.
The most crystallin of blues
puts the stars to shame
and freezes my mind.

The Blue Rose
tricks and decieves
me.
But I have also loved
the way he winks at me.
Too bad he doesn't know,
The Blue Rose.
