To That Girl

You snatch my voice away.
You invade my thoughts and scramble them.
You thrust fear into me.
With trepidation, I address you. I pause, for I forget what I wanted to say.
And I get nervous, stripped of my mental armor I thought rather strong.
Like a theif, I slink away.
