Would you say it back
Or would you walk away
Not ever looking back
If I wanted you forever
To hold me in your arms
And kiss me oh so gently
Yet with a forceful passion
Yearning for more
Or would you turn the opposite direction
Searching for something more
Would you make me cry
And let my heart fall to pieces
Scattering in all directions
As I longed for you to stay
What if the only thing you’d do
Was wave at me goodbye
And look in all directions
For anything more than me
