&quot;Word&quot; - Mr. Geary.<br /> &quot;Bravery isn&#039;t the absence of fear. It&#039;s having fear and staring it right back in the face.&quot; -Martin Lawrence in The Black Knight.

Things on my
mind, I
lay awake, yet
dream for hours.
Heart beats
rapid.
Trees begin to
grow in a
place far
away.
Flowers
bloom, bugs
flourish.
An animal stomps.
Birds
flock out of
trees. Butterflies
hide in
thickened
leaves. Teeth
tear holes. Skin rips
deep. A lion cries
his pain too heavy.
New kings have risen.
A bright
new
day.
His rays burn
my matress.
Where I lay
awake
each nigh
and
DREAM.
