I should have known you were no better than the last
Still holding on and being part of her past
So take your final adieu
I no longer feel for you
You played me one time too many
Your time for me has sincerely passed
These feelings
Were all planned
Those fake sensations
No more than a way to forget your dreaded past
The touch and feel of your hand
Slipped from my grasp like sand
The warmth of your body
Now is as cold as the winter’s sky
As I reclaim what was rightfully mines
Something you so wrongfully stole
Alas, my love, I bid thee adieu
