The Path of Hathaway Lane

Among the roses of Hathaway Lane
Their lays a path that has no gain
Do you dare to walk the road
in which lays no return?
If so pick a flower white
If you wish to bathe in light
For darkness pick a dying rose
O so sad to see life go.
So tell me traveler
of your woes
for the pebbles
will read each sin
in your weary gait
will you walk the path of eve
or is it darkness you percieve?
