Heartache
I can't wait to sleep,
escape,
run away,
be free from this pain,
this heartache.
Oh, that I may never awake,
remain trancelike,
drifting,
distant and undisturbed
in a sea of timelessness.
I feel as though I can't handle this stress,
this torture,
these silver blades,
I wish to hide,
to flee from my fears.
That my eyelids may hold back my tears,
my sorrow,
the flood,
help me forget my suffering,
make me blind to the world.

"The simplest way that i can understand therapy is that we're born a certain
way, we're taught to be something different, and we spend our whole lives
trying to unravel it and ultimately align ourselves with who we really are." ~Billy Corgan
