As I run through the rain
Someone just seems to shout my name
I look up and down the walk
Trying to find who had talked
But alas, there is not
A being in sight
Is that to my delight?
Running solo
sparks my mojo
my mind gives my feet
a time to defeat.

This is about how being alone is sometimes for the best... to spark your true genius. I know they say two heads are better than one, but one noggin can work just fine too (:

Thank you, I'm glad my work could relate! And "mojo" was a must xD

I like this poem, because I feel exactly the same way about running. It gives me time to think and clear my head. I enjoyed your rhyming pattern and your use of the word "mojo" haha ;) great poem!
