Tell You
I am not the girl that holds the tender hands of a loved one and let's go of promises.
I am not the leopard that abandons baby cubs to fend for themselves.
I am not the women who loves with half a heart and keeps herself at the edge of the heavens.
I am not the lion that rules the nation on faulty rules for the hell of my ego.
I am not the doctor who prescribes medicine for the hell of the bill.
Nor am I the inspiration for the hell of being paid attention to... I have a story.
I am not the hawk without the guidance without the guidance of my intuition.
I am not a flower without my tender pedals and planted stem.
I am not lightening without my water to allow my existence.
- nor am I soil without the print of life.
I am not a women without the stance and the affirmation.
Nor am I to tell you who not to be.
