Dancing
A soft tune on a warm summer breeze
The whisper in tall dark trees
The gentleness of bare feet on dirt
The gracefulness of her twirling skirt
His boots tap out a constant song
She laughs and sings all along
With the Stars watching them from the sky
The moon a lantern hung up high
They dance and twirl and spring about
His deep laughter strong and stout
Her cries of joy as her feet touch air
The wistfulness, the lack of care
The night become distant
Gone like butterflies
And the Two, They see nothing
But the other's eyes.
