Coveting Your Heart
What do you do when you can’t have what you truly desire?
When you look into his eyes and can’t stop looking.
When you feel a commonality between souls,
Like a solid rope anchoring your hearts.
All you can do is sit and stare,
Stare at the back of his head,
Willing him to turn around and say those words:
“You are the one I love.”
