Never Truly Die
As green leaves brighten bare branches of trees
As the sunshine brightens the day
So the ones who leave us
Never truly fade away
As rain replenishes dry soil in the fields
As the moon sits in the sky
So too the ones we love
Will never truly die
Though their bodies stay in the earth
Lying still and grey
Love given to them continues
No one can take it away
As seasons will come and go
And the clouds sit in the sky
So those whom we remember
Will never truly die
They never truly die

I love the metaphors and the similies in this poem it gives the poem a lot of death.
It is beautiful and sentual and it also oddly calming.
Beautiful Mwah :D
