I will stand tall;
if you let me rise.
I will be strong;
if you let me grow.
I will be someones life;
if you let me love.

Your not tall;
since you didn't let me rise.
Your not strong;
since you didn't let me grow.
Your not someones life;
since you ruined mine.

Don't beat me.
Don't rape me.
Don't leave me in emotional turmoil.
Please don't do any of those things to me.

Just let me be me...

The author's comments:
I was abused and I have turned my feelings in to poems. I am saying that if you have had a hard life find something to do to get rid of those feelings that you have locked up inside of you. It is not healthy for that to happen.
