I’m Not One of Them
They stand
 They sit
 They make fun of
 They embarrass
 They purposely hurt
 Those beneath them
 They know who they are
 They know who they’ll become
 And I’m not one

 Friends they have
 Fake and real
 Minions to support them
 When they fall back
 Minions to agree
 To everything they say
 Call them their equals
 And then turn their backs
 I’m not one of them

They pretend to give you sympathy
When you cry and can not stop
 But when they walk away
 They laugh and mimic you
Close enough for you to hear
 It hurts, it does
 Weakens your spirit
 Makes you cry harder
 It stings
 I would know
So I’m not one of them
I’ll never be one of them
