Just Asking
One time a day five times a week
Is when I get to have one peek
 It hurts my heart
 It turns it tart
That one time a day is not enough
To look at your handsome face
 We have very different perspectives
To you that time is nonexistent
You don’t see me, I could be invisible
 I could be a ghost
I have dreamed of the day you’ll know
 My feelings for you
I have feared the day you’ll know
 My feelings for you
I will be happy, I will be set free
I will be upset, you will laugh at me
Why does life have to be this cruel
 I’m not asking for you
I am just asking for you to notice me
P.S. having you would be lovely too
