They say you’ll just know
When it’s real, you’ll feel it
You’ll lose all control
Of the speed your heart’s beating
It comes like a breath
Of an unknowing child
Collides with your world
It’s pieces in disordered piles
Nothing else matters
Your thoughts have no vacancy
Happiness served on a platinum platter
Heart’s filled past capacity
Drops on a cheek
Meet a limitless smile
Life feels complete
All the pain is worthwhile
The youth of this soul
Would make one assume
True love is unknown
Hearts are engulfed
By the fantasies of youth
