To incompetent I seem to be.
So alone,
that is me...
When a supporting hand is all I'd ever need.
I need a "you"
Someone I could talk to.
Someone I could write about how much they cared.
All these love songs and so many poems have a "you"
Every body else has it too.
A "you"
They have a "you" who loves.
The "you" who lives.
The "you" who cares.
The "you" that others have, I want, I need.
So please, whoever reading,
give me a pat on the back?
Give me a high five, or a hug?
Some encouraging words to help us lonely-peoples lives.
Or even just a tug,
a pull in the right direction.
