If Tree's Would Speak
Have you ever wondered what it would sound like,
If tree's would speak?
Ever wondered if they'd be loud or quiet,
Timid or bold?
Let me answer all these questions
Yes, yes, yeas, and yes
And since the tree's do not speak to you,
I will speak for them
They are can be soft or they can be powerful,
Like whispers in the wind,
Or shouting in the distance,
They might stutter or they might sing,
In the tender, slightly-raspy tone of a grandmother,
Or in the rambunctiously playful tone of a child,
Either way they will tell you the same thing
'We are dying out. Our brothers, sisters, fathers, and mothers are dying with us. End our suffering. Save us, save us,'
But you cannot hear them, so they use limbs and leaves,
But yet, you still do not listen
And then, they start to weep
A tree is not meant to weep
And so that is why you will always wonder,
What it would sound like,
If tree's would speak

I was appalled. I hope people will read this piece, and try to help the tree's, and not destroy them.
