Satan
Tragic I am,
I’m overcome with danger.
Darkness I bring,
To you, I’m no stranger.
This evil, I plague,
Over your family and friends.
I stop new beginnings,
I am the end.
Every tear you let fall,
Is one I delivered.
I’ll take away your warmth,
I’ll be the cause of your shivers.
Every time your heart stops,
Is a sign I’m inside.
Every time you can’t breathe,
Is a sign I’m alive.
To the cracks in your heart,
From all the times that you lied.
I’ve been busy at work,
Right by your side.
Delicious pain keeps me satisfied,
I’m hooked into your soul.
And every time that you cheat,
Again I feel full.
There’s no keeping me outside,
Only you have me trapped.
But the struggle for you,
Gives me strength to adapt.
You can try to run and hide,
With that razor you hold.
What happens when it fades?
Or someone gets told?
Just admit to your weakness,
Prepare to fall to my power.
Hand over your heart,
Your soul I’ve devoured.
