He Doesn't Know

He doesn't know that love
is more than looks and kisses.
more than a game of twenty questions,
or a shallow declaration.
It's not the feel of her lips on his,
or the softness of her hands,
it's not the way her figure feels as she dances on his lap.
He doesn't seem to understand that love is more than lust, but it's a lesson he will quickly learn when i leave him in the dust.
