Crazy Love
He stands
He waits
I'm calm
And staged
He's questioning
uncaring
Yet I know
I'm scaring
Him and his friends
As I try to make amends
When I say that "I Love You"
I can only expect the same
Instead he replies
"Are you mentally insane?"
Because he doesn't love me
He doesn't really know me
We just met
And I'm already on one knee
He turns my way
Smile on his face
He doesn't walk away
Instead he turns back saying
"Even though you're crazy,
I'll admit that I have loved you
I've just been sort of lazy"
We embrace
We keep the same pace
Although we just met
We know one another
We'll both be fine
If we have each other
