Quest For Purge
Can love then be personified?
To be a fit along my soul
A breath of air I then receive
 As fine love accompanies me
 Should I then be unworthy?
Of a miracle lovely as pearl
Whereas within I find my love
 Personified as I had need

Worthless soul as I may be
There’s immediate purpose toward her being
 Can’t I take what’s made for me?
Like soiled hands strained for light
I will then purge my dirty hands
So as to clean; so as to hold
Her in my arms as I’d wished be
And hope she finds her love in me
