Béla I of Hungary
It was well known
Died at the hand
Of his collapsible throne

George Plantagenet
In heavy apparel
By his request, was executed
In a water barrel

Martin of Aragon
Laughed in his bed
And regrettably, and oddly
Dropped dead

Li Po, a Chinese poet
In the water was kissing
The beautiful moon, fell in
And went missing

Saint Antipas of Pergamum
Whose cup was half full
Sadly was roasted
In a brazen bull

Philitas of Cos
Spent hours a day
Studying, without food or drink
And withered away

And you may find it funny
That I want to die
Like Adrian IV
Who choked on fly
