Why when you need them most
Why do people lead you on
Why do people back stab you
Why does the world seem to hurt you

Why can't one person be there

I liked this a lot; you captured a lot of emotion in it. It's very relateable as I'm sure many people, including myself, have felt this way and asked these questions. The only thing I would comment on is how you have the one lone "why" in the middle. It seems out of place. Maybe create a few stanzas and separate them by single "why"s? Other than that, good work and keep writing! (=
