"Dignity does not consist in possessing honours, but in deserving them." -Aristotle
"No one can make you feel inferior without your consent."-Eleanor Roosevelt

No more thoughts of this reality..
only one last moment.
If I push it all away,
I won’t lose another day.

No more thoughts of sanity..
only disdained torment.
I want things you cannot give any longer.
Things to take away this aching hunger.

No more thoughts of this fantasy..
only desperate treatment.
Can I free myself..lift off, fly?
Is that just a dream I have to deny?

No more, no more, no more..
only one last adjustment.
You will always be with me,
Invisible still, but.. I finally see.

This is a poem I wrote on my fathers 52nd birthday, which marked 2 and a half years since he passed away. It's just a poem of how I was feeling that day.
