"We may have all come on different ships, but we're in the same boat now."

Isolated from society
Sweat marks on my black leather chair
Phone’s not ringing, no messages
The only people I text are my parents

Living in a one bedroom apartment
Roaches crawling on cans of Mountain Dew, code red
A pile of wet socks that I don’t feel like picking up
Eating Cups of Noodles pretending its gourmet Chicken Alfredo

I can’t talk to women my own age face to face
The closest I've ever got to the opposite sex was a troll in Azeroth named Ophelia
I can’t express myself, the older you get the less people care about you
Now I know what it feels like to be one of Bill O’Reilly’s daughters

The author's comments:
It's about the lives of average Americans that people over see due to the fact that they feel like they are superior to people who live the way I described in my poem.
(It's also explaining how the children of so called "privileged" families are being brain washed and aren't allowed to make their own decisions when it comes to what they believe in)

For beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness.
