I saw you but you’re
long gone
looking lost and
long gone
or concentrating,
headstrong,
on where you need to be.
Flew past me, thought I
didn’t see you
double take, you
didn’t see me
watched you as you
faded
into where you need to be.
I feel you though you’re
long gone
palms in the dark, you’re
long gone
hallucinating,
heartstrong,
and you’re where you need to be.
