Desires
She stands at the edge of the Meadow
Softly touching the tips of the tall calling Grass
The Wind whispers in her ears, begging for her company,
caressing her face.
She tip toes her way to the soft Grass and lies down willingly
desiring what she does not have.
The Grass sways, creating a rhythm like that of the Sea,
lulling her thoughts to ease and
simplicity.
The Sun shines down, warming her,
and wrapping her in comfort.
The Meadow takes her in
and lulls her desires to sleep.
