I am trapped
controlled
stripped
of my own free will
in my own home
I am trapped
in my own head
thoughts
ideas
feelings
Trapped
I am trapped
by those around me
by those surrounding me
Do they realize?
do they realize what they do?
that with every negative opinion
that with every comment
they put another lock
on my cell
keeping me
trapped
