Pencil Sharpener
I feel as if
I'm in a pencil sharpener
people tearing away
bits and pieces of me,
like metal tearing me
apart.
It's over, and I'm happy
until I realize that
I will only be used
again
until I'm worthless
nothing.
And the pain and hurt
will start all over again.
