When the sun rises in the morning
She can see his fake adorning
He talks about her like a queen
but She can see in between
All he says is bulls*** lies
that she can see with her truthful eyes
When she is tired and it is dark
She imagines there is a spark
She lets herself believe in his word
She lets herself get lost in what she heard
She believes all the words he would say
"I love you baby" "You are a beautiful sight"
She is a doubter by day
and a lover by night.
