What's good in a goodbye
The teary eyes, the broken sigh?
Or maybe the memories
That cause my heart to cry
What's good in a goodbye
The keep in touch, the stay alive?
Or maybe the little laugh
That's there for feelings to go and hide
What's good in a goodbye?
It's hard to say, I've really tried
Maybe its the knowledge that
There's nothing left for me to fight
What's good in a goodbye
There's nothing I can find
There's nothing good in goodbye
But goodbye, goodbye, goodbye.
