I was born this way.
I was born brown and that's just the way I'm going to stay.
my skin color darkens when I stay in the sun to long but that doesn't bother me.
I'm called n***** and other nasty names because of my skin color.
but those words don't mean a thing.
I'm brown that's how I want to die.
I want to prove that I'm strong.
I will defeat discrimination.
not only for me but for the rest of my people no matter the color.
I'm brown and I will fight for my people.
