Mother's Love

mother, mommy, mom, mama
so many different names
each unique special dreadful loving
her kids look up to her
but they face her terrible wrath
all the time they endure
hamster babies are eaten by their mother
humans are scolded yelled at beaten
why do they do this? why do mothers do this?
they say it is out of love; I say it is out of spite.
