Hold On Pain Ends

My dear, you do not deserve to die today.
Not now, not ever. Don’t think that way.
Put down your knives and put down your light.
No more tears, please wipe your eyes.
Hope is here and it will stay.
Just like my love, it shall never stray.
Hold on, this pain will end.
Keep pressing on to the bitter end.
Take a breath and close your eyes,
And trust me, everything will be alright.
