Sparkling, glimmering, diamond drop
My cup feels so heavy it’s filled to the
Top.
Breaking heart, heaving chest
Deep emotions my tears
Attest.
Rolling down my cheek they fall
A signal for help, a silent
Call.

I really enjoy this poem (thanks for commenting on mine)!! The second stanza really gives the reader a feel for the physical despair that this person is feeling.
