Who Knows
I was born for perfection
I am born from greatness
I’m expected to rely on my hard work and dedication
But I was born in a society that can’t reach my expectations
My poetry seems worthless and no one wants to hear
Below the ground is where dead bodies are buried
In the sky the spirits are heavied
Who really knows what poetry is
I have no friends
So have no fear
Not even when death is near
Not even super woman
Can help me
They don’t care
So Who knows when the life of another could end
And who knows when you open the door for a serial killer
We think we all know pain
But the only one who knows pain
Is the one that has been betrayed
Who knows what it is to love unless they’ve been loved
Who knows what it is to try unless they’ve been told they lost before it even started
