Aphrodite Has Fallen
Aphrodite has fallen
 Olympus has cast her out
 She wanders the streets
 On her delicate feet
 Awaiting her welcoming home

Her beauty has long since faded
 Though she herself cannot see
 Her burns and her bruises
 From all her abuses
 Keep admirers at bay

Her name has lost its meaning
New words have taken its place
 She’s now S***** and W****
 Aphrodite no more
  As she silently wallows away

The gods, oh how they miss her
 The goddesses even feel guilt
 But still she is falling
 So there is no recalling
Her back to her heavenly home

 Aphrodite has fallen
Her beauty is second to all
 Her heart has been shattered
 Her smiles are tattered
 Dear Aphrodite’s no more
