As of Late
See the words on the paper that you didn't know they had. Hear the words that seemed like they've been said so much, there was nothing left to hear. But, as of late, some may say they don't care. So, she walks to the front of the class and as of late, she doesn't care. She finishes her presentation of how the Civil War impacted us as a nation. As of late, she saw the paper that she thought wouldn't hurt her. She heard the words that she thought couldn't hurt her. As of late, she sits in the bathroom. As of late, she wants to be strong. She walks with her head held high. As of late, the words spread. She sits in English reading her novel. As of late, you can only see her shell. She walks home with the empty shell. As of late, she never makes her shell back home.
